Senior Verification Engineers

Lightstorm seeks highly motivated and experienced engineers to work on verification of our leading-edge ASIC/FPGA designs using state-of-the art methodologies.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years experience in verification of complex ASIC/FPGA designs.
• Strong degree-level qualification.
• Ability to architect and own a verification strategy and environment
• Significant experience with in constrained-random verification environments with functional coverage
• Fluent in one or more HVLs (Vera, e, SystemC, SystemVerilog)
• Fluent in Verilog and/or VHDL
• Excellent general programming skills
• Strong debug & problem-solving skills
• Excellent analytical, communication and documentation skills

Desirable:

• Knowledge of networking/telecommunications applications and protocols (Ethernet, Layer-2 switching, QoS, SONET etc)
• Digital design experience
• Embedded software development experience
• Experience with assertion-based design/verification flows (SVA, PSL, OVA)
• System & algorithmic modelling experience using C++ or SystemC
